About the Role

We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Scheduling and tracking work for pest technicians
- Receiving inbound customer enquiries and making outbound calls to customers, documenting correspondence accurately
- Inputting invoices and performing data entry tasks as needed
- Providing detailed information about our products and services
- Liaising and providing support to Line Managers as needed

About you

We are seeking candidates with a positive mindset and the following qualifications:





- More than 1 years’ experience in a customer service environment;
- Scheduling experience in a service industry;
- Clear verbal and written communication skills;
- Confident in conversing with different types of customers;
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment;
- Ability to use multiple programs/systems and screens simultaneously;
- Strong computer and accurate data entry skills;
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel; and
- An ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

The successful candidate must be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screenings, as well as a criminal history check.
