The Arnott's Group is seeking a Process Engineer to own engineering and process performance on a key production line. You will drive reliability, efficiency, and waste reduction while leading CI initiatives and coaching operators on site.
Day-to-day you will analyse line performance, lead root cause analysis, and collaborate with Ops, Engineering, Quality and CI teams to deliver measurable improvements in cost, quality and output.
