Silentium Defence is seeking a Work Health and Safety Advisor to lead the safety function and drive comprehensive safety initiatives across our operations. You will strengthen our Safety Management System, deliver training, support investigations and provide executive insights.

The role requires proactive, detail-oriented individuals with solid communication, audits experience and a solid understanding of WHS legislation. You will work to uplift safety culture and build continuous improvement.
