Warehouse Team Member – Pick & Pack

Ever wanted to work for a business that’s growing fast, has great people, and makes products customers genuinely love?

We’re looking for an energetic Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team across The Mindful Bakery and Dough Tribe.

No two days are the same. One minute you’ll be carefully packing beautiful gift boxes filled with affirmation biscuits, the next you’ll be preparing artisan pizza products ready to head out to customers across Brisbane.

If you’re someone who loves staying active, takes pride in doing things properly, and enjoys being part of a positive team, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Picking and packing customer orders with speed and accuracy
- Building premium gift boxes for The Mindful Bakery (attention to detail is everything!)
- Picking and packing artisan pizza products for Dough Tribe
- Working across both ambient and cold storage areas
- Receiving stock and keeping inventory organised
- Maintaining a clean, safe and well‑organised warehouse
- Helping wherever needed as our business continues to grow

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is

- Positive, reliable and genuinely enjoys working hard
- Fit and active (this is an on‑your‑feet role with regular lifting)
- Has exceptional attention to detail
- Quick,



efficient and well organised
- Takes pride in producing high‑quality work
- A team player with a "nothing is too hard" attitude
- Able to work in both ambient and refrigerated environments
- Warehouse experience is fantastic, but attitude is even more important. We’ll happily train the right person.
