Now, Regal is looking for Project Managers to drive the success and growth of our commercial landscaping and civil works projects.

As a Project Manager, your expertise and leadership will directly contribute to the successful delivery of projects, the development of high-performing teams, and the continued growth of our business. Your ability to manage projects efficiently, maintain strong client relationships, and foster a culture ofsafety and excellence will be instrumental in achieving our strategic objectives.

Your daily responsibilities will include overseeing project execution, liaising with clients and stakeholders, mentoring team members, ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards & identifying opportunities for improvement.

We would love to hear from you if:

- You have a qualification in Landscape Trade, Civil Construction, or a similar field, withsignificant experience in commercial landscaping or civil works project management
- You hold a current Driver’s Licence and Construction White Card (WHS certification)
- You are ambitious, full of energy and self-motivated, with strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Possess the ability to prioritise, self-manage, and work with minimal supervision
- Have a confident and adaptable approach with a friendly, positive attitude
- Have the initiative and the ability to grow your portfolio
- You have a proven ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships withclients,



stakeholders, and team members
- You have the ability to understand and communicate technical information in a clear andconcise manner

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Participating in HSEQ senior management meetings and ensuring compliance with safety,quality, and environmental standards
- Overseeing projects to ensure planning and execution align with project managementprinciples (time, cost, quality)
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Attending community and business events to foster engagement and networkingopportunities
- Representing the company positively in all client interactions
- Driving the growth and development of project teams, fostering long-term success
- Providing mentorship and guidance to ensure secure, efficient, and effective operationson-site
- Identifying training needs for staff and coordinating induction or refresher courses asrequired
- Maintaining consistent communication with project teams to address risks and identifyopportunities
- Identifying workplace hazards, assessing risks, and documenting control measures tomitigate risks
- Ensuring all incidents, accidents, and injuries are promptly reported to seniormanagement
- Responding to emergencies both during and outside of working hours
- Assisting teams with ad hoc tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations
