Shift: 6:30am – 2:30pm
Pay Rate: $36.49 per hour
Nutrien Ag Solutions is a leading provider of agricultural products and services, supporting growers and communities across Australia. We are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our fertiliZer operations team at our Wetherill Park site.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts in a busy warehouse environment. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and handling of fertilizer products while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks and containers
- Pick, pack, and store fertilizer products accurately
- Conduct daily forklift safety checks
- Maintain a clean and secure work environment
- Follow all site safety, environmental, and operational procedures
About You
- Valid forklift licence (LF) – high reach and counterbalance experience essential
- Previous experience in warehouse or fertiliser/agricultural operations preferred
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
