About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor looking to take ownership of their matters while working closely with and receiving mentoring from the Principal.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing your own files from commencement through to resolution.
- Providing practical and commercially focused legal advice.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.




- Drafting correspondence, pleadings, contracts and other legal documents.
- Attending court, mediations and conferences where required.
- Assisting the Principal on complex and significant matters.
- Identifying business development opportunities and contributing to the continued growth of the firm.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

- Candidates with 2 years' post-admission experience (PQE) are preferred.
- A current NSW Practising Certificate.
- Experience across one or more areas of general practice.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Excellent organisational and file management abilities.
- Outstanding communication and client relationship skills.
- A proactive can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
- A commercial mindset and an interest in business development.
