RGC & CO is seeking motivated and reliableTrainee Operator / Laborer to join our Rolling Department.

Experience is not essential – we are willing to train the right candidate. However, previous experience in section rolling, steel manufacturing, fabrication, or machine operation will be highly regarded.

About the Role:

- Assist with the operation of section rolling machinery
- Support production activities and material handling
- Learn machine setup, operation, and quality checks
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with experienced operators and production team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

About You:

- Reliable and committed to a Monday to Friday work schedule
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn




- Good attention to detail and safety awareness
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience with section rolling, steel processing, fabrication, or machinery operation is highly valued but not required
