- The Lead Educator is essential for daily learning program delivery, team mentoring, and classroom leadership.
- They work closely with the Centre Manager to ensure smooth operations and quality outcomes.
- The role supports high-quality education, builds family relationships, ensures compliance, and drives team performance – all crucial to the Centre’s success.
- Plans and implements developmentally appropiate, inclusive and challenging program provisions based on a comprehensive understanding of the approved learning framework.
- Mantaints a healthy enviroment by contributing to daily clening procedures to a high standar and documents these as required.
- Engages in spontaneous and planned play with individual and groups of childrens.
- Contributes to the centre's quality improvement plan.
