About the Role

As a Maintenance Fitter, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of our production equipment and facility.

Working as part of the maintenance team, you'll be responsible for preventative maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives that help keep our operations running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative, predictive and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.

Diagnose and repair mechanical faults to minimise downtime.

Maintain conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, packaging equipment,



pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Support production teams to maximise equipment reliability and efficiency.

Participate in continuous improvement and reliability projects.

Assist with equipment installations, upgrades and commissioning activities.

Complete maintenance records and work orders accurately.

Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety, quality and company standards.

About You

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to maintaining high standards.

You will have:

Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter, Fitter & Turner or equivalent.

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.

Experience with preventative maintenance programs.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

A proactive attitude and commitment to workplace safety.

Highly Regarded

Experience with automated production and packaging equipment.

Pneumatic and hydraulic systems experience.

Welding and fabrication skills.

Experience using CMMS or maintenance management systems.

We currently have opportunities available across:

Day Shift

Monday to Friday

Afternoon Shift

Monday to Friday

Afternoon shift loading applicable
