Your Role:

- Lead & Inspire – Coach, develop, and motivate your team to achieve their full potential while fostering a positive and results-driven culture.
- Own the Results – Drive sales performance, achieve key business targets, and identify opportunities to grow your store's success.
- Deliver Luxury – Create memorable customer experiences through personalised service, product expertise, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Grow Your Business – Build lasting customer relationships, drive repeat business, and treat your boutique as if it were your own.

Oversee daily store operations,



including visual merchandising, inventory management, rostering, and maintaining the highest brand standards.

About You:

- 3+ years of proven sales leadership experience (and you love smashing targets).
- Must have some jewellery experience.
- A track record of team development and business growth.
- Experience managing teams of 2-5 people is required.
- A passion for premium customer service.
- Charisma, communication, and confidence that lights up the room.
- High attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities like a pro.
- This role requires flexibility to work across all shifts including late nights and weekends.
