Job OverviewWe are expanding. This is a critical, office-based role at our QLD Head Headquarters in Slacks Creek designed to drive our growth across QLD and NSW.

You will manage incoming inquiries, qualify prospects, and drive them through our sales pipeline using our CRM system. We welcome fresh, strategic ideas for growth and foster an environment where innovation is nurtured.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound inquiries received via telephone and email promptly at our Slacks Creek office.

Utilize the CRM system to generate, track, and allocate sales leads.

Maintain rigorous organization to file client data and follow up diligently.

Guide prospects seamlessly through each stage of the structured sales pipeline.





Contribute fresh ideas and growth strategies to expand our territory footprint.

Collaborate with technical teams to deliver custom refrigeration solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

Resilient attitude with a "never give up" mindset and a drive to win.

High-level organization skills with strict attention to CRM data hygiene.

Experience in refrigeration or catering equipment sales is a plus, but not essential.

Strong phone etiquette and professional written communication skills.
