The Role

You'll be supporting our marketing and sales teams with hands-on, day-to-day marketing across property listings, brand campaigns, social media and community engagement for Wiseberry Picton.

Day-to-day, you'll be:

Creating and scheduling content across Instagram and Facebook

Coordinating photography and video for listings, brand campaigns, and events

Assisting with digital and print advertising across multiple channels

Supporting property listing copy and marketing collateral

Helping plan and roll out community and brand campaigns

Assisting with reporting on campaign and content performance

Collaborating closely with sales and property management on fresh, on-brand content

About You

We're looking for someone:

With marketing experience or a relevant degree (real estate experience highly regarded)

Confident across Instagram and Facebook

Comfortable with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign, and Canva for marketing collateral and content creation

Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused

Able to work autonomously as well as within a small, supportive team

Positive, adaptable, and eager to grow

Interested in real estate, community, and campaign-driven marketing
