We are looking for a Project Manager Property Stylist to join our Staging Team and play a key role in bringing our creative vision to life across multiple styling projects.

This role sits at the centre of styling execution. You will manage stylists, logistics, people, and projects from selection through to installation, while providing creative direction to ensure every property we style is delivered on time, on brand, and to an exceptional standard that achieves the results our clients expect from our organisation.

About the Role

As the Stylist Project Manager, you will coordinate styling projects from concept, creation, and selection through to installation,



ensuring furniture, artwork, and accessories are curated and prepared to deliver visually cohesive, aspirational spaces that achieve outstanding selling results.

You will be the bridge between creative vision and operational delivery, leading stylists and coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure every project is install-ready and aligned with Sell In Style’s brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Styling Execution

- Curate furniture, artwork, decor, and accessories aligned with property briefs and target buyer demographics.

- Apply strong design principles, including scale, balance, proportion, layering, and visual flow.

- Ensure every home creates an emotional connection and aspirational appeal.

- Protect and uphold Sell In Style’s styling identity and brand standards.

Project Coordination

- Prepare selections and ensure projects are installation-ready three days ahead of installation.

- Coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to prepare inventory for loading and delivery to properties on time.

- Ensure your stylist team is clear and aligned with your creative vision.

- Ensure all team members involved understand the needs, expectations, and execution requirements of each project.

Team Collaboration

- Work closely with the installation team to refine styling direction.

- Support Installing Stylists with a clear understanding of layouts and styling vision.

- Ensure strong cross-department communication between styling, warehouse, logistics, sales, and service teams.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

- Maintain high standards of styling accuracy and preparation.

- Identify stock gaps and emerging styling trends.

- Contribute ideas to improve systems, efficiency, and styling outcomes.

- Ensure styling projects run smoothly, with minimal errors or delays.

- Take ownership and accountability for results while maintaining high professional standards.

Skills & Experience

If you know how to style and stage a property, excellent, that will give you bonus points.

If you do not, that is okay. We can teach you the technical side of property styling. In exchange, we want you to bring excellent team leadership skills, the ability to lead your team, hold people accountable, reward great performance, and uphold company values and principles.

You will have experience in:

- People management and leadership.

- Working with KPIs.

- Time management.

- Project management within a creative or design environment.

- Interior styling or property styling experience, ideal but not essential.

- Interior design or visual merchandising experience, ideal but not essential.

You will also demonstrate:

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.

- The physical capability to assist with stock preparation and installations when required.

- A current and valid driver’s licence. This is essential.
