Pay Rate: $38.19 - $40.41 per hour (inclusive of 12% superannuation), plus applicable penalty rates for afternoons, nights, weekends and public holidays, plus allowances

We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team in the Morayfield and Northern Brisbane region.

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play an important role in assisting participants to live independently, achieve their goals and participate fully in their communities.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing community access, transport and social support.

Supporting participants in Supported Independent Living (SIL) environments.

Assisting with daily living activities and personal care.

Supporting participants to attend appointments,



recreational activities and community outings.

Building positive relationships with participants, families and stakeholders.

Maintaining accurate progress notes and documentation.

Promoting participant choice, independence and inclusion.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle.

Current First Aid Certificate.

Current CPR Certificate.

Current Paid Working with Children check (Blue Card).

Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A caring, respectful and person-centred approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
