If you've got experience on excavators and loaders and you're keen to lead while staying close to the action—this is your next move.

Your responsibilities

- Support the Site Manager/Supervisor in daily operations
- Lead a medium-sized crew of up to 15 and drive site to meet production schedules
- Champion safety, compliance, and equipment checks
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and logistics




- Deliver excellent service to internal and external customers

What you will need.

- Proven experience operating mobile plant equipment, including excavators and loaders
- Confident communicator with a natural leadership style
- Valid driver’s licence
- Background in recycling, waste management, or resource recovery
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams

An advantage to have:

- Fire Warden or First Aid training
