Encircle Community Services is seeking a compassionate Reception & Administration Officer to join our Neighbourhood Centres team across Kallangur, Redcliffe and Lawnton. You will provide front-of-house reception, handle enquiries, and help clients access services.

This frontline role requires calm, skilled communication, resilience in challenging conversations, and the ability to maintain records and support volunteers and programs.
