Entry Level Food Processing & Production Team Members

This is a morning shift role, starting from 6:00 am.

You’ll begin as a casual employee, with the opportunity to transition to full-time employment after approximately six months, subject to performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manual handling, including palletising, stacking, and lifting products
- Packaging finished products
- Working with raw meat, specifically pork
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Repetitive lifting of products (5 kg–20 kg)
- Following all company and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) procedures

About You

To be successful in this role,



you will have:

- The ability to understand, interpret, and follow instructions
- A strong work ethic with a positive attitude
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- The ability to work efficiently to meet individual and team production targets
- A high level of physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive lifting (5 kg–20 kg)
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to attendance
- A commitment to following company policies and WHS procedures
- The ability to work in a cold environment
