Live Well Home Care is the Support at Home division of Aequra – an award winning aged and home care Group on Australia’s east coast.

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, Home and Community Services this pivotal role provides growth opportunities to our Support at Home teams. You are the consummate spokesperson for Live Well and Aequra and regularly meet with strategic external stakeholders. Networking and dealing with individual clients are second nature to you.

Through innovation and change, optimising and embedding contemporary practices in governance,



this role builds capacity to ensure not only sustainability but long-term organisational growth.

What do you have?

- Experience in growing a large, geographically and culturally diverse business within the aged care, home care industry. There is a lot of domestic travel for this role, and it can operate from Melbourne or Sydney.

- We understand that the Victorian home care landscape is slightly different to the rest of the States. Any experience you have in Victoria will be well regarded.

- Change management / start-up / rapid growth experience, building resilient and performance in the home care landscape. You can think on your feet and are always looking at new angles. NDIS experience will be considered too.

- Ability to innovate, develop, design, plan resource and implement initiatives.

- Extensive partnering, influencing, collaboration and engaging in achieving strategic outcomes.

- Results obsessed, with outstanding senior business operational skills, developing growth and long-term sustainability. You know how to close a deal, hand it over and move on to the next.

The role is based in either Melbourne or Sydney, with domestic travelling an integral part of the role. You'll become part of an inclusive, diverse, and welcoming organisation passionately committed to making a meaningful impact in the local community.
