About the Role:

Step into a pivotal leadership role as Clinical Manager within a medium aged care service within as 45 minute commute from Bathurst, NSW

In this role, you'll inspire, mentor and empower a multidisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional outcomes for residents. You'll foster a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered in line with individual care plans, the Aged Care Quality Standards and all relevant regulatory requirements.

As a visible, hands-on leader, you'll provide confident clinical guidance when it's needed most, supporting your team through complex care situations while championing evidence-based best practice across the service.

Your warm, approachable communication style will enable you to build trusted relationships with residents, their families and external healthcare providers. By fostering collaboration,



transparency and genuine engagement, you'll ensure every voice is heard and that care plans and lifestyle goals reflect each resident's individual needs, preferences and aspirations.

Main Duties

- Provide clinical guidance to residents & care staff
- Undertake resident assessments & case conferencing in line with standards
- Accurate completion, review & updating of relevant documentation
- Motivation, training & development of clinical team members
- Ensure compliance & quality indicators are met

Skills & Requirements:

- AHPRA Registered Nurse registration with previous leadership experience
- Up to date working knowledge & experience achieving accreditation standards
