BlueScope Steel’s Lysaght division in Canberra is seeking a Despatch Team Leader. You will lead a small despatch team of three, spend most of your time on the floor guiding the team and ensuring orders move safely, accurately and on time.
You’ll coordinate with production, transport and customer service to keep daily despatch running smoothly. Role is full-time, day shift 6:30am–2:30pm, Monday to Friday, with robust emphasis on safety, leadership and on‑the‑floor problem solving.
