Do you have an eye for fashion, a love of visual merchandising, and a passion for creating an incredible in-store shopping experience? We're looking for a Visual Merchandiser to help drive sales through strategic product placement, trend analysis, and commercial decision-making in our Kawana Boutique.

If you thrive in a fast-paced fashion environment, love analysing what sells (and what doesn't), and enjoy creating and bringing merchandising plans to life, we'd love to hear from you!

What you'll do:

- Analyse weekly and fortnightly store sales, creating best seller and slow seller reports to drive merchandising decisions.
- Develop detailed merchandising plans for product flips and optimize product placement between major floor set changes.
- Work closely with our Stock Team to ensure top-selling styles are replenished and identify missed sales opportunities.
- Manage merchandising execution in-store, ensuring displays, priority collections, and promotional signage are presented to Billy J standards.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to continually refine the in-store product offering.
- Monitor emerging fashion trends to keep our retail experience fresh, relevant, and commercially strong.




- Maintain the annual merchandising calendar and collaborate with the Marketing Team to deliver seamless in-store campaigns and activations.
- Work closely with the Ecommerce Manager and Head Buyer to ensure seamless connection between the product planning function and retail store.

What we're looking for:

- Experience in retail merchandising, visual merchandising, or fashion retail.
- Robust commercial acumen with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities.
- A passion for fashion trends and creating engaging customer experiences.
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident working across multiple teams.
- Someone who enjoys being both hands-on in-store and strategic behind the scenes.
