Responsibilities
- Operate loaders to maintain consistent feed to the crushing circuit
- Manage ROM pad and stockpile integrity with precision, keeping ore flowing
- Operate mobile plant equipment across key operational areas, including:
- Primary ROM
- Paste Backfill Plant
- Gold Processing Plant
- Support plant performance targets in alignment with Genesis Minerals’ ASPIRE values
- Work closely with a collaborative team and modern fleet
About You
A motivated,
safety-conscious professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment, ideally in gold processing operations. Experience operating Komatsu WA500 and Volvo 250/260 front‑end loaders in a similar role, attention to detail, commitment to safe operations, and ability to work collaboratively with processing and maintenance teams will set you up for success.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience operating loaders in a mining or processing workplace
- Understanding of crushing plant feed operations
- Driver’s License, C Class, Manual Car
- Minimum Nationally Recognised Front‑End Loader (FEL) competency (RIIMPO321F or equivalent)
- First aid training
- Desirable: HRWL, EWP and LF licenses, Working Safely at Heights, Confined Spaces, Gas Test Atmospheres, Skid Steer Loader, and Excavator qualifications
