About the role

As an Electrician / Heat Pump Installer, you'll deliver high-quality residential and commercial installations across Northern Tasmania.





You'll be trusted to represent Degree C in customers' homes, providing exceptional workmanship and customer service while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

No two days are exactly the same, giving you plenty of variety while working with modern equipment and premium products.

What you'll be doing

- Installing split system air conditioners and heat pump systems
- Completing electrical connections and commissioning
- Delivering outstanding customer service on every job
- Maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship
- Working within a supportive team environment
- Ensuring every installation reflects the Degree C standard of quality

We're looking for someone who has

- A current Electrical Licence
- Certificate II in Split Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems
- Construction White Card
- Manual driver's licence
- Pride in producing quality work
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A genuine commitment to safety
- Confidence working independently while remaining a strong team contributor
