About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic lawyer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced practitioners, manage your own files and develop your skills across a diverse range of legal matters, with a strong focus on Family Law.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A minimum of 3 years' post-admission experience.
- Experience in Family Law and/or other areas practised by the firm.
- A genuine desire to work in a boutique legal practice.
- The ability to manage your own files efficiently and to a high professional standard.
- Experience appearing in court, including First Return Dates, Interim Applications, Motions, Conciliation Conferences and Mediations, or a willingness to develop these skills.




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Pride in delivering high-quality legal work and exceptional client service.
- The ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and manage sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team.

Experience with Smokeball practice management software will be highly regarded but is not essential.
