The Role

As the Site Manager,



you will be responsible for the successful day-to-day delivery of a commercial construction project, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers on site.
- Managing daily site operations, labour, materials and plant.
- Building strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, quality and safety.Liaising with clients throughout project delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with all WHS legislation and company procedures.
- Mentoring and supporting junior site personnel.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 3+ years' experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects.
- Experience managing commercial new build and/or fit-out projects.
- A trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent organisational skills.
- A commitment to delivering projects safely and to a high standard.
