You will oversee operations, mentor a team of Disability Support Workers, and partner with families, healthcare providers and NDIS planners to achieve optimal client outcomes.
The role requires proven management experience in SIL or disability care, solid leadership and organisational skills, and a solid understanding of the NDIS framework.
