The Role

Working within our contemporary fabrication workshop, you will be responsible for manufacturing a diverse range of custom steel and aluminium products to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Fabricating and welding custom steel and aluminium structures
- Reading and interpreting workshop drawings and fabrication specifications
- Performing MIG, TIG and general fabrication work to a high standard
- Maintaining excellent workmanship and quality control throughout the fabrication process
- Assisting with workflow coordination and supporting apprentices and team members where required
- Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
- Following all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) procedures and company policies

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Trade qualification as a Boilermaker or Metal Fabricator
- Minimum two years' post-trade fabrication and welding experience
- Ability to accurately read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work




- Experience fabricating structural steel, aluminium, or architectural metalwork
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Current Australian Driver Licence and reliable transport
- Full Australian working rights

Highly Regarded

The following licences and experience will be advantageous:

- High Risk Forklift (LF) Licence
- Dogging (DG) Licence
- Elevated Work Platform (WP) Licence
- Experience working on architectural or commercial fabrication projects
