Little Genesis Early Learning Centre is an initiative of Genesis Christian College, Bray Park and is an early learning centre for children aged from 6 weeks through to Kindergarten. We strive to nurture a love of Christ, a love of learning and a love of life. Little Genesis is a small, 75-place, service that values a more personal and nurturing approach to childcare.

We are seeking to employ qualified Educators to join our experienced and passionate team of Early Childhood professionals. Our Early Learning Centre is conveniently located on the grounds of Genesis Christian College at Bray Park. We are looking for team members who will share their passion for Early Childhood Education and Care. The successful applicant will need to be supportive of the philosophy and aims of a Chrisitan Independent School and Christian ethos and be willing to embed these values into the curriculum.

About the Role

As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's development and wellbeing. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and families to create a positive and inclusive learning community where every child feels known, valued and loved.

To be successful in this role, you will:

Hold (or be actively working towards) a Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education &Care;

Hold current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Asthma Management qualifications(HLTAID012 or equivalent)

Possess a current Working with Children check (Blue Card)





Have completed National Child Safety Training

Demonstrate experience working within an Early Childhood Education environment

Have a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework andplay-based, inquiry-led learning approaches

Communicate confidently and positively with children, families and colleagues

Bring enthusiasm,energy and a genuine passion for working with young children

Be supportive of the philosophy and mission of a Christian school and willing to actively contribute to the Christian ethos of Little Genesis and Genesis Christian College
