Impact Plant Hire is looking for a motivated Yardperson/ Detailer to help keep our trucks and machinery in top shape while supporting general yard operations.

This is your chance to join a dedicated service team and play a key role in presenting trucks and machinery that meets the highest industry standards.

What You'll Do:

- Wash and detail truck and machines using a range of cleaning methods and products.
- Remove grease/oil from engines and compartments.
- Assist with loading/unloading machinery and equipment
- Delivery of trucks and equipment to site
- Basic servicing of equipment
- Perform general yard duties and operate heavy equipment when required.
- Follow all OH&S; procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
- Learn and grow your skills in equipment detailing.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience with detailing machinery/trucks,



buffing and polishing experience this is must
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar yard or detailing role
- A basic understanding of construction equipment (preferred, not essential).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg, work outdoors, and handle manual tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment.
- Robust awareness of workplace safety.
- Current HR truck licence (preferred)
- Forklift licence (preferred).
- Previous experience in yard work, detailing or equipment maintenance (preferred).
- Australian work rights are required for this position
