We’re looking for a Customer Service Superstar to join our crew in Tuggerah.
This isn’t your average sit-at-the-desk-all-day gig — you’ll be the friendly face and helpful voice that makes every customer feel like part of the family.

Experience is awesome, but it’s not the deal-breaker.
If you’ve got a excellent vibe, a can-do attitude, and a sharp eye for detail, we can teach you the rest!

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Chatting with tradies and the public — face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
- Putting together accurate quotes and processing sales orders
- Keeping things running smoothly between order entry, purchasing, and production




- Solving customer problems and offering smart product advice
- Working closely with a tight-knit team to smash goals together
