About the Role
Step into a meaningful position where you’ll support participants with daily living activities — from personal care and meal preparation to medication assistance — all within the comfort of their home. Every shift is a chance to change someone’s day for the better.
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 6 months’ experience in disability support. Experience with palliative care desirable.
- A valid driver’s licence and your own vehicle
- Current paid employee Blue Card
- Current paid employee Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Clearance
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete before starting)
- Full Australian working rights
- The ability to work both independently and within a supportive team
- A smartphone with internet access
- One recent qualified reference (from supervisors)
