Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a secure and balanced portfolio
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service to committees and owners
- Ensure compliance with legislation and company procedures
- Coordinate meetings, communication, and documentation with the support of a dedicated admin team

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in strata management
- Class 2 Strata Management Licence
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Collaborative, proactive, and client-focused approach
