Site Manager – 4 Week Contract | Northern NSW / Byron Bay Region

We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a $5M hospitality refurbishment and expansion on a 4-week contract, covering a holiday period.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a live project with a reputable commercial builder and ensure works continue to run safely, efficiently, and on programme.

The project is being delivered within a live environment, so previous experience managing staged refurbishments while maintaining site safety and programme is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day site operations
- Coordinate subcontractors and manage site programme
- Ensure all works are completed safely and to a high standard
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and WHS compliance




- Liaise with the Project Manager, consultants and client
- Maintain quality control and project documentation
- Keep works progressing in line with programme

About You

- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial fit out or refurbishment projects
- Hospitality, clubs, pubs or live workplace experience highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and site management processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
- Current White Card (First Aid preferred)
