Salary: $120,000 – $125,000 + Company Vehicle + Super+ Company Bonus

This role offers a strong mix of account management with field-based engagement (account management), branch exposure, and quarterly regional travel.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Service Manager to lead sales operations, manage customer relationships, and support operational planning within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Key Accountabilities

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while developing new accounts
- Manage customer enquiries, issues, returns, and credits in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee and monitor invoicing processes and customer account management
- Work closely with the Branch Manager on workplace planning and operational coordination




- Prepare and present monthly reports covering sales performance, customer interactions, and key issues
- Partner with the State Manager to develop and execute sales growth strategies
- Monitor competitor pricing and market movements
- Build and maintain industry contacts to stay informed of market trends
- Manage incidents and ensure appropriate resolution and reporting

Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, with proven leadership capability
- Demonstrated technical sales experience within the auto glass industry (highly regarded)
- Experience in warehousing and logistics or the automotive industry (desirable)
- Strong ability to engage, influence, and build long-term customer relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
