We are a growing brand currently looking for various management team members to lead our boutique locations.

About Your Role:

- Lead & Inspire – Coach, develop, and motivate your team to achieve their full potential while fostering a positive and results-driven culture.
- Own the Results – Drive sales performance, achieve key business targets, and identify opportunities to grow your store's success.
- Deliver Luxury – Create memorable customer experiences through personalised service, product expertise, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Grow Your Business – Build lasting customer relationships, drive repeat business, and treat your boutique as if it were your own.
- Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising,



inventory management, rostering, and maintaining the highest brand standards.

About You:

- 1+ years of proven sales leadership experience (and you love smashing targets).
- A track record of team development and business growth.
- A passion for premium customer service.
- Charisma, communication, and confidence that lights up the room.
