We are committed to maintaining high standards in both food quality and daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction. With our business expanding, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to become part of our team.

Task & responsibilities Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high customer satisfaction.

Supervise and lead front-of-house and kitchen coordination to maintain effective workflow. Train, guide, and support staff to ensure good service standards and teamwork. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timily manner.

Monitor food quality, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times. Manage staff rostering, attendance,



and work schedules based on business needs. Oversee stock levels, ordering, and control of supplies to avoid shortages or waste.

Ensure proper cash handling, billing, and daily sales reporting. Assist in improving service quality, customer experience, and overall restaurant performance. Helps in arranging special events and consulting chefs in planning menus.

Qualification & experience Strong restaurant operations management skills Effective team leadership and staff supervision abilities Excellent customer service and guest handling skills Ability to train, guide, and support team members Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability Experience in stock control and supply management Good time management and daily work organization skills Knowledge of cash handling and basic financial tasks Strong focus on quality control, hygiene, and service standards
