Nutrend Homes Sunshine Coast is seeking Sales and Production Estimators to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established, family-owned builder in a supportive and professional environment.

We are looking for motivated individuals who are positive, flexible, and highly detail-oriented, with a strong passion for accuracy in residential construction estimating. Robust communication skills are essential, as the role involves daily interaction with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal team members.

Location: Sunshine Coast Head Office

The Role

As part of our estimating team, you will work alongside experienced Senior Estimators and assist with a range of estimating tasks across both sales and construction.

Responsibilities

- Sales and construction estimating
- Preparing detailed specification and costing documents
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
- Assisting with cost control and project budgeting




- Supporting Senior Estimators with day-to-day estimating tasks
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Key Requirements

- Previous experience in a residential estimating role
- Experience using Constructor estimating software
- Strong understanding of the new home construction process from start to finish
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work to targets
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
- Local industry experience on the Sunshine Coast
