We are seeking a qualified and experienced Landscaper to join a high-performing team working on high-end residential structural landscaping projects. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in delivering premium-quality landscape construction across multiple stages of site delivery.
You will work closely with site supervisors, contractors, and clients to ensure all works are completed to a high standard, on time, and in line with detailed plans and specifications.

You will work closely with site supervisors, contractors, and clients to ensure all works are completed to a high standard, on time, and in line with detailed plans and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a range of hard and soft landscaping works on high-end residential sites
- Read and interpret site plans and follow project requirements
- Perform structural landscaping works including paving, retaining walls, turfing, planting, and site preparation
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Assist with general site coordination and workflow as requiredMaintain a high standard of workmanship and site presentation
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other trades
- Work collaboratively within an established site team
Skills and Experience
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or equivalent qualification)
- Solid experience in structural landscaping and high-end residential projects
- Confident using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and follow site plans
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Previous construction site experience (highly regarded)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable, physically fit, and safety conscious
