Excavation, Piling, Shoring and Structural Civil Works

Dig It Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman or Site Supervisor to take ownership of day-to-day site operations across our Sydney projects.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong experience in excavation and structural civil construction who can plan the work, lead crews, coordinate plant and subcontractors, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

You will be working across projects involving:

- Bulk and detailed excavation
- Basement excavation
- Piling and shoring
- Capping beams
- Formwork and reinforcement
- Structural concrete
- Shotcrete
- Demolition and remediation

A highly regarded Sydney-based civil contractor, in the industry for 20+ years. Delivering excavation, piling, shoring, structural concrete and early works packages for builders, developers and private clients.

We undertake technically challenging projects where planning, site coordination and practical construction knowledge are critical.

We operate our own fleet of excavators, trucks and civil plant and have a solid pipeline of secured work across Sydney.

The role





You will take responsibility for running the site and coordinating the daily delivery of the works.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Planning and sequencing daily and weekly site activities
- Leading operators, labourers, subcontractors and suppliers
- Operating plantequipment efficiently
- Supervising excavation, piling, shoring and structural-concrete works
- Coordinating formwork, reinforcement and concrete placement
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, programmes and construction details
- Checking levels, dimensions, set-out and completed work
- Coordinating surveyors, engineers, builders and other contractors
- Monitoring productivity and keeping works on programme
- Identifying and resolving site issues before they cause delays
- Managing plant movements, deliveries, spoil removal and site logistics
- Conducting pre-starts, toolbox talks and site inductions
- Ensuring compliance with SWMS, ITPs, hold points and WHS requirements
