What you’ll be doing

As a Pre-Owned Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through the vehicle buying journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.

Responsibilities

- Meeting and assisting customers in the showroom
- Managing phone, online and walk-in enquiries
- Understanding customer needs and recommending the right vehicle
- Conducting vehicle presentations and demonstrations
- Building trust and long-term customer relationships
- Negotiating and closing sales opportunities
- Working closely with our Finance & Insurance team
- Following up customer enquiries professionally




- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

This is a people role first. Yes, you’ll sell vehicles but success comes from building relationships, understanding customer needs and creating a buying experience customers remember for the right reasons.
