Forklift Operators (LO or LF) – Multiple Opportunities Available

About the Role

Modern Teaching Aids is looking for experienced, reliable and safety focused Forklift Operators to join our team at our Brendale Distribution Centre.

We are seeking operators who hold either LO or LF licences and are experienced in operating stock pickers, high-reach and or counterbalance forklifts within a busy warehouse environment. What You Will Be Doing

As a Forklift Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Operating either a stock pickers (LO), high-reach forklifts or counterbalance forklifts (LF)

Picking, replenishing, relocating and putting away stock

Loading, unloading and moving stock safely and accurately

Completing stock counts and inventory movements using RF scanners

Working to daily productivity and accuracy targets

Maintaining a clean, organised and protected work environment

Working collaboratively with the warehouse team to support daily operations

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Current LO or LF forklift licences

A minimum of 1–2 years' experience operating stock pickers or stand up high reach forklifts

Experience using RF scanners (highly regarded)

A strong commitment to workplace health and safety

The ability to work efficiently in a fast paced warehouse environment

Good communication, literacy and numeracy skills

Reliable attendance and a positive, team focused attitude





The ability to safely undertake the inherent physical requirements of warehouse work, including regular lifting, repetitive movement, standing and operating equipment throughout your shift

Willingness to participate in random drug and alcohol testing in line with site safety requirements

Two recent, contactable work references

Australian citizenship, permanent residency or unrestricted working rights in Australia

Shift & Pay

Monday to Friday

AM Shift: 6:00am – 1:56pm

PM Shift: 2:00pm – 9:56pm

Casual Rate: $37.46 per hour

These casual positions commence on Monday, 13 July 2026, offering consistent Monday to Friday work.

Our Brendale Distribution Centre is conveniently located just 450 metres from Strathpine Train Station, making it easily accessible by public transport.
