Evolve Early Education is seeking passionate and qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our team in West Mackay, Queensland. This part-time role is an excellent prospect for individuals who are committed to providing high-quality care and education to young children.

What you'll be doing

- Creating and implementing engaging educational programs that support children's physical, cognitive, social and emotional development
- Ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children
- Building positive relationships with children, families and the wider community
- Observing and documenting children's progress and development
- Adhering to all relevant legislation, regulations and policies
- Collaborating with the team to continuously improve the quality of care and education

What we're looking for

- A relevant early childhood education qualification (e.g. Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care)
- Experience working in a childcare or early learning setting
- Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Commitment to providing high-quality care and education
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Working with Children Check or equivalent
