What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of experience operating mobile cranes (100t+ capacity) in shutdown, civil, or heavy industrial environments
- Current High Risk Work Licence for Slewing Mobile Crane (CO class required for 110 Tonne)
- Proven experience executing heavy lifts, setting up cranes safely on various terrains, and interpreting complex lift plans
- Strong safety focus and commitment to teamwork
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a quick-paced environment
- Current Heavy Rigid (HR) Driver’s Licence (highly regarded for mobilizing the crane)
- White Card and current Driver’s Licence

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate a 110 Tonne Mobile Crane to hoist, move, and place heavy materials and structural components




- Work closely with riggers, dogmen, and supervisors to execute complex and heavy lifts safelySet up and configure the crane appropriately according to ground conditions, lift charts, and operational requirements
- Conduct daily pre-start inspections, routine maintenance checks, and report any equipment defects immediately
- Strictly follow all site safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and engineered lift plans
- Work collaboratively with the wider site team to ensure project deadlines are met safely
- Maintain the crane cabin and work areas to safe, clean operating standards
