Bowan Island Coffee is looking for an experienced Cafe Chef or Kitchen Hand to join our team.

We are looking for someone who has experience working in a busy cafe environment and understands cafe-style menus, including breakfast, brunch, sandwiches, salads, burgers, pastries, and light meals.

Requirements

- Good understanding of cafe food and menu preparation
- Able to work independently and stay organised during busy hours
- Can help create and develop current menu ideas
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work as part of a team
- Good food safety and hygiene standards
- Must have valid working rights in Australia

This position is suitable for someone who is professional, creative, and confident in a cafe kitchen.

Location: Zetland / East Village
