HIA Apprentices is recruiting a proactive Group Training Field Officer for the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers region. You will recruit host employers and apprentices, maintain client relationships, provide mentoring, and ensure high service levels throughout the apprenticeship journey.

You will conduct site visits, advise on training agreements, and identify current business opportunities while engaging with schools, providers, and industry stakeholders.
