Leading the Sales Team, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supervising employees and assisting the Sales Manager with managing the daily operations of the bakery. If you’re a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced food environment – we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example to deliver fast, friendly customer service while motivating and supporting the Sales Team.
- Assist the Sales Manager with the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
- Prepare and serve high-quality food, beverages, and coffee while maintaining Banjo's quality standards.
- Train, coach,
and supervise Sales Team members to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Maintain merchandising standards throughout the store.
- Follow Banjo's established Work Health and Safety (WHS) practices to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, your team, and customers.
