We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Gaming and Bar Attendants to join our energetic team.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll play a key part in creating a welcoming and professional experience for our members and guests. Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering high levels of customer service on the Gaming Floor and Bars
- Cash handling duties and accurate transaction processing
- Responding to gaming enquiries and assisting guests with confidence
- Operating Keno and cashier services
- Carrying out poker machine maintenance and providing drink service
- Supporting the Gaming team with bar service
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
- Following all RSA, RCG and Club compliance procedures

What we’re looking for





We’re seeking someone who is motivated, reliable and enjoys working in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have:

- A current NSW Responsible Conduct of Gaming Certificate (RCG)
- A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
- Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional standard of personal presentation
- Proven cash handling experience with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Previous gaming experience (highly regarded but not essential)
