We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bike Mechanic with strong e-bike knowledge to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, assembling, and maintaining electric bikes to a high standard.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about cycling technology, takes pride in quality workmanship, and enjoys working in a rapid-paced workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose, service, and repair e-bikes
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on e-bike systems
- Assemble new bikes and complete pre-delivery inspections
- Perform routine servicing including brakes, drivetrains, suspension, and wheel work
- Install and configure e-bike components including motors, batteries, displays, and controllers
- Use diagnostic software and tools for major e-bike systems
- Maintain accurate workshop records and service reports
- Ensure workshop cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards are maintained
- Provide customers with technical advice and product recommendations




- Assist with warranty assessments and claims where required

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience as a bicycle mechanic is essential
- Experience working with e-bikes and electrical systems preferred
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of major e-bike systems and components
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage workshop timelines and priorities efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Bosch, Shimano, Bafang, or similar e-bike systems
- Electrical or electronics experience highly regarded
- Current driver's licence preferred
