Your duties will include:

- Communicating with owners and tenants
- Managing your own portfolio of approximately 130 properties
- Completing lease renewals
- Booking and conducting routine inspections
- Completing ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Issuing breach notices as required

About you:

- Previous property management experience is essential (as an assistant is welcomed)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Current QLD driver's licence
